❣ - An unpopular opinion I have

//Popular choice lately.
//Hm, let's see... Ah -- I honestly, really and truly, despise being told I'm intimidating. Especially when I do all within my power to assure the person I am, in fact, about as intimidating as your granny, but they fade back into obscurity and I'm stuck wondering what the hell makes me so unapproachable. Is that even an unpopular opinion? I don't know, maybe it flatters some people to be told that man.
☑ - A fact about the character

//Hm... She's Chinese-American, and has little to no education. Formal or otherwise.
❣ - An unpopular opinion I have

//Oho these are always fun
//Well, lemme thiiink... Ah -- I really dislike it when people get so easily miffed that a band tries out different styles or themes with their music, claiming they've "given into the hype" or "gone mainstream". First of all, good music is good music, popular or unpopular -- if it's not your cup of tea, fine, but that doesn't make it piss-poor in the grand scheme of things.
//Fall Out Boy, for example. Not your kind of music, that's fine. But you're really going to tell me that their newest album is completely left-field for them and that they've sold out? The transition from when they first became known more widely to Folie a Deux, and then to Save Rock and Roll, is pretty mild.
//Same with Linkin Park or MCR; the only changes that've really taken place are growing up. As you mature, so does your music -- you want to expand your sound. I'm not saying "a true fan would. . . " or anything of the sort, but don't try and tell me an artist or group of artists have "sold out" or "gone mainstream" just because they don't sound exactly the same over the course of several years.
//Aaah, thank you so much for saying so! Not gonna lie, I’m a sucker for praise.
